I know lots of u are experiencing difficulties in choosing for yr JC.
So, here's something to help you fill in yr 12 choices!

When the VP found out its their own student who hacked into the comp, he/she IMMEDIATELY called the police before even trying to talk to the chinese.
So if u got habbit of throwing litter on the floor or even spitting onto grass (no leonard, not you), dont be afraid tt you will kena demerit pts..
The VP will just call the police but you will have a 'clean' demerit report.
By the way, the someone helped the chinese scholar to pay off the fine. Dun expect to be as lucky as him. After all, you are not a SCHOLAR.
Oh.. by the way, there's a guy who collasped and die after completing a triathlon race. He's frm RJC too... =X
Hmm.. No HCI, no RJ, then next.. NJ?
Sorry but i dun have anything to post abt NJ.
But just to warn you.. They stopped producing PRESIDENT scholars aft VJ was set up (should be la). Lol.
And Mr. Chen recommended me there, coz i will be the only one to break the curse. o.O

With a sports complex located far away frm the academic blocks, it's actually considered a sport if you are walking frm the blocks to the complex.

It's really more advisable to throw $$$ to the skl rather than throwing it into the Pasir Ris sea.
No more going-to-jun-hao's-hse-for-FREE-bbqs.
Just ask him to bring the $$$ down and enjoy the same free bbq session, only without the sea for us to throw our rubbish into.

Announcements made over the public address system during morning assemblies will be minimal and confined to urgent and vital matters only.The Higher Education notice board is located outside the General Office.)

It's the TJ's very own CAFETERIA!
Yes. CAFETERIA.Cafeteria
Of course, expect higher prices of food with the addition of 2 more letters to the word 'CANTEEN' to become 'CAFETERIA'.
There are nine stalls in the cafeteria offering a wide and affordable variety of
food, including pasta, Malay food, and Chinese rice and noodle dishes. Halal
food for Muslim students is available at two stalls. Snacks, drinks and
fruits are also available.
The stalls are: Tropicana Haven, Temasnack, Wild Wild West, Noodle Parade, Oriental Delight, Chicky Gourmet, The Wok, Kampung Delight, and Aunty's Corner
Additionally, the hawker centre and 7-11 located opposite to TJC are frequented by students during lunch time. Apart from providing more variety and convenience for students, they serve to cater to students at late hours -when the stalls in the cafeteria are closed.
Waffle/bread from the nearby bakeries are also a popular choice among TJCians.
Of course, there is competition within the CAFETERIA to 提供大众化的选择，低廉的价格，以及优质的服务.
Students love it, stallholders hate it; its the:
VENDING MACHINESVending Machines
Vending machines situated in the cafeteria make packet/canned drinks available to students at all time of the day.(Vending machines selling snacks are not allowed due to MOE's restrictions.)
Ohh.. It's only competition to the drinks stall, i see.
A practical place to have practical for the subject 'Economics'.
And here's my personal favourite:
- LIBRARY!
Library
The modern and spacious library houses books (fiction and reference),
multimedia, magazines and newspapers. A specific area in the library is also
set apart for selling Subway sandwiches (Subs) and cookies, as well as Nestlé mashed potatoes, iced lemonade and peach tea. Students can do work and read materials from the library in this area set for consuming food.
No, I dun give a damn about the 'food allowed in library' strategy.
It's the service of the librarians which make u feel sooo 宾至如归!
Because of this, TJCians are found to be sleeping in the library, just like when they are at home, even though there was a "NO SLEEPING" sign.
This was what happened during the open house:
Some of us were walking into the library to explore the prospects of joining LIBRARY CLUB as a CCA in TJC. The moment we enter:
"Hello. Welcome to the library."
It was a guy seating behind an empty table just situated in front of the library entrance.
We later discovered tt there was no books, no homework, no entertainment with him there. He was obviously putting alot of time and effort into his job. "Current chairman of library club", i guessed.
And before we walked out:
"Thank you. Please visit the library again."
Imagine you were there.

The paid NLB ppl wouldnt even bother to say hi to u when u enter their libraries la.. - Photocopy Shop
Photocopy Shop
Hope it's not like our dear 'Pioneer Bookshop' (or smthing liddat) in our ex school (AHS).
The photocopying shop, otherwise known as the Zap It, is located in a canteen.
Lecture notes, tutorials and past-year exam papers from GCE as well as other
top-five JCs can be purchased from this shop, for paranoid students. The shop
also provides photocopy service to students.
Besides the shop, students can also photocopy in the library.
So this is a review of the top 5 JCs based on the PSLE Prelims entry score.
Looking at the time now (9.56pm), the PAE should already have closed its doors..
OK. Nevermind. Just a guide for those intending to go into JC aft O Levels results released.
Look out for the bottommost-JC review (tentative).
I'll leave the Poly-review to Yue Long =D
Good lucks for ur 'O's and wish u all the best on going to ur preferred JCs for the first 20 days..?
